Any change the SENTIREV team makes to your account now reaches you two ways: an email, and a message that pops up the next time you open SENTIREV on the web or on your phone (it stays until you press Got it). That covers AI bundles switched on or off, an AI usage boost, a shop or website decision, a fee change, a suspension being lifted, and plain notes from the team.
There is also a new Account history page. Business owners and staff find it in the sidebar; customers find it on their Account page; on the phone it is under Settings and Account. It has two tabs:
- Messages: everything SENTIREV has told you, kept.
- Changes: what changed on your account and who did it, in plain words. This is where the settings assistant's changes are recorded too.
