Type the lines on your phone or laptop — labour, materials, a deposit if you want one. VAT is worked out for you. Send it by email or text; it arrives as a link, with a PDF to download.
They accept online
The customer taps Accept and types their name. If you asked for a deposit they pay it by card on the spot. You get a notification the moment it happens — and when they open it, too.
It becomes a job
An accepted quote turns into a job by itself. Book it in, assign it to someone on the team, add before-and-after photos, and let the customer sign off on the phone when you finish.
Invoice in one tap
The invoice carries the quote lines and takes the deposit off. Stage payments for bigger jobs. Send it and the customer pays by card on the link, or by bank transfer using the details printed on it.
Chased for you
If an invoice goes overdue, a polite reminder goes out on day 3, 7 and 14 — by email and text. You are told after the third so you can decide what to do next.

SENTIREV takes no fee on what your customers pay you. Card payments go through Stripe to your own bank account and Stripe charges its standard card fee, like any card machine. Bank transfers and cash you record yourself, for free.

When reminders have not worked: a firm, fair letter before claim with the paragraph the law expects — 14 days for a business customer, the 30-day Protocol wording for a household. You read it before it goes.

What does it cost?+
Nothing. Quotes, jobs, invoices, reminders and PDFs are free for every SENTIREV account, and SENTIREV takes no fee on the money your customers pay you. Card payments go through Stripe, which charges its standard card fee, the same as any card machine. Bank transfers and cash cost nothing.
Do my customers need the app?+
No. Every quote and invoice is a link. They open it in their browser, accept, pay or download the PDF. If they do have a SENTIREV account with the same email, it also shows under "My quotes & invoices".
I am not a tradesperson. Can I still use it?+
Yes. Quotes & invoices is a switch under Settings → Account type on any business account. It is switched on automatically for businesses in Trades & Home Services and off for everyone else until you want it.
What about the 14-day cancellation rule?+
When a household accepts a quote for work done at their home (or agreed away from your premises), UK consumer law gives them 14 days to cancel. The quote says so, and asks them to agree to work starting early if you both want that — so you are covered for work done inside the 14 days. Business customers do not get that notice.
Can I charge interest on late payment?+
For business customers, the law lets you claim statutory interest and fixed compensation. Switch "Statutory late-payment interest" on and the invoice and the final reminder say so in plain words. It is never applied to households.

Do I need a website for the quote form?+
Every SENTIREV business gets a free website draft, and a published site shows a "Get a quote" section when Quotes & invoices is on. Without a site you still send quotes directly from the dashboard or the app.
