Is it really free? Where’s the catch?
Scheduling, your booking page, your client book, reminders and your website are free, with 0% commission — that’s the product. We make money when businesses choose the optional AI bundles (marketing, website domain + chat assistant, intelligence, operations) at a flat monthly price. You can use SENTIREV forever without paying a penny.
How do I get my clients out of Fresha or Booksy?
Both let you export your client list as a CSV file from their settings (your client data belongs to you). In SENTIREV, open Dashboard → Clients → Import and choose that file — names, emails, phones and notes come across in one go. Ten minutes, start to finish.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your booking page is a normal web link — clients book from any phone or computer in seconds, no app and no account hoops. Share it on Instagram, WhatsApp or Google, or put our printable QR poster by the till.
What about appointments already booked in my old system?
Two options: connect your Google or Apple calendar (two-way sync keeps those slots blocked automatically), or add them in SENTIREV as bookings in a couple of taps. Most businesses run both systems side by side for a week or two, then let the old one lapse.
Do my reviews come with me?
Honestly: no — and that’s deliberate. Every review on SENTIREV comes from a real completed appointment, so customers can trust them. Your Google reviews are unaffected (and our Google Review Booster invites every happy client to add one), and fresh SENTIREV reviews build quickly once you’re live.
