**Invitations instead of a second account.** Until now a staff login needed an email that was new to SENTIREV. From today you can enter the email of someone who already has an account. Leave the temporary password empty and we send them an invitation by email and as a message in the app. Nothing changes until they accept, and you never set or see their password.
**What the person sees.** The invitation appears on their Account page (web) or their Account or My schedule screen (phone) with Accept and Decline. Accepting adds a staff area, My schedule, for your bookings. Their own bookings, favourites and messages stay exactly as they are, and they can still book with other businesses. Someone who already works for another business on SENTIREV simply gains your branch alongside it.
**What you see.** On your Team page the person shows as "Invitation sent, waiting" with Resend and Withdraw until they answer. You are told when they accept or decline. An invitation lasts seven days. Business owner and SENTIREV team accounts cannot be added as staff: one account holds one role.
**Brand-new people.** Nothing changes: set a temporary password and they choose their own at first sign-in.
