**Quotes and invoices at sign-up.** When you list a business, sign up for the AI tools only, or are set up by the SENTIREV team in person, you can now say "I send quotes and invoices". That switches on SENTIREV Trade from day one: quotes your customers accept online, jobs, invoices paid by card straight to your bank, and reminders. It is free for every account type, and you can switch it on or off later under Settings. The sign-up screen also spells out that bookings, a shop, quotes & invoices and the AI tools can all be turned on or off later.
**Sign-in fixes.** If we set your account up in person and you have not chosen a two-step method yet, we email you a code at sign-in. The "Resend" button on that screen now works. When the SENTIREV team suspends or closes an account, every open session ends at once rather than within fifteen minutes. Accounts created with Google or Apple sign-in now go through the same checks as any other new account.
**Bookings and shops.** A no-show can now only be recorded once the appointment time has passed, so a no-show fee can never be taken early. A customer a business has blocked can no longer place orders in that business's online shop, matching bookings and messages.
**For the SENTIREV team.** When we open a business's account to help, the banner now counts down the time left. Setting a business up in person ends with a Log in as them button.
