Two additions to Costs & profit, free for every account type.
Cost per service. Switch on "Track cost per service" under Costs & profit, then give each service what one delivery uses up (products, consumables, disposables) on the Services page. Every booking you complete from then on carries that cost, and Analytics shows the margin per service: bookings, revenue, direct cost and what is left. Rent, wages and software stay in your general costs so nothing is counted twice. Customers never see any of it.
Save up for it. A new page under Operations AI (and on the phone AI hub) where you start a pot for something you are working towards: a new chair, the tax bill, a buffer. Pick how it fills up: a fixed amount or a percentage from every completed booking (all services or one), a percentage of each shop order, or a percentage of the month's takings at month end, with a floor so a quiet month keeps nothing back. SENTIREV keeps the tally, shows your pace and the date you get there at that pace, tells you what you need per week to hit a date, and lets you record top-ups and withdrawals by hand. Nothing moves: the money stays in your own account. Refunds take their share back out. Independent workers get their own pots, fed only by their bookings.
