We read every part of SENTIREV end to end and fixed what we found.
Bookings and the diary
- Automatic capacity now counts the people actually working at that time — someone on mornings only, or on holiday, no longer holds a slot open in the afternoon. This applies to the booking page, walk-ins, moves and extending a visit.
- A staff member's own hours now sit inside the branch's opening hours instead of replacing them.
- Staff get a notification when one of their appointments is cancelled or moved, not just the owner.
- Approved time off now covers every branch the person works at.
- Removing a team member warns you how many upcoming bookings they still have, and tells you again afterwards so they get reassigned.
- Owners and staff adding a walk-in at a location that works several ways (at the premises, travelling, online) now say where the visit happens, just like customers do.
- The staff schedule's Mine / Past split is right during British Summer Time.
AI and the website
- The website chat assistant sends card-on-file and pay-in-full bookings to the booking page, so protection is never skipped.
- The booking widget hides Book Now for shop-only and AI-only accounts and shows every way a location works.
- Costs & profit is reachable for every account type: on Your numbers, on Analytics even before Operations AI, and on the phone AI hub.
- Follow-up drafts after a customer's own cancellation work again.
Accounts
- Staff logins the owner creates must set their own password at first sign-in.
- Upgrading an AI-only account to bookings keeps its services, team and hours.
- A rejected application can be submitted again with the corrections asked for.
- Deleting your account now clears the last few per-account records too.
- Shop-only profiles link straight to the shop.
Phone app
- Staff no longer land in the owner's tabs from team chat, notices or account history, and can manage two-step sign-in from their schedule screen.
- Tools-only owners keep Branches and the Features switches.
We also fixed a handful of copy mistakes and raised the request limit so busy dashboards never see a "too many requests" message.
