Settings now has a short section called What your business does, on the web and on the phone. It asks two things: do you take bookings, and do you sell products. From those two answers SENTIREV knows which of five account types you are, from a full booking business to a shop-only seller to a business that only uses the AI tools.
Turning bookings on when you are already verified is instant. If you are not yet listed, it files your marketplace application and remembers the type you chose, so approval lands you where you asked to be. Turning bookings off is only allowed once nothing is booked ahead, and it winds down any repeat bookings and waitlist places with a message to each customer.
Your AI bundles never change when your type changes. Billing now tells you plainly when a bundle is not for your kind of account, and the checkout will not sell it to you.
Admins can also change a type for you on request.
