AI tools now say exactly what they will and will not do on their own

The policy page only offers automatic mode where it really exists, feature switches are enforced everywhere, and the AI only runs for the branches you bought it for.

A review of every AI bundle against every kind of account found places where a setting looked like it did something it did not. They are fixed.

  • The AI policy page now only offers automatic mode for the two things that can genuinely run without you: review replies and message drafts. Everything else shows Always needs your approval instead of a switch that did nothing.
  • The four feature switches for booking questions, variants and add-ons, linked bookings and calendar sync are now enforced on the server as well as hidden in the app. When you switch a feature back on, a banner tells you which linked settings stayed off so you can turn them on yourself.
  • Weekly insights, anomaly checks and shift briefs now respect the branches you bought the bundle for. An independent worker who buys Operations AI personally now gets their own shift brief.
  • Commerce AI does not change a shop that is not trading yet. Until your shop can take orders it works as a research and drafting engine and says so on its page.
  • Weekly Google posts skip a business with no linked Google listing and tell you once, instead of failing quietly.
  • A suspended business's AI stops everywhere at once, including the website chatbot and lead capture.
